I don’t know how everyone is doing with their practice across the country, but I am sure many of you are struggling. Based on what I have experienced and what I have heard

It was March 16,2020 and I was scrambling to produce regulated voice mail, social media statements and practice signage while responding to the non-stop calls from patients wondering what was happening with their appointments.

I cannot remember a time in my career when it has been more difficult or challenging for many Assistants & providers. There have been trying situations and challenges during my 20+ years in this profession but this past 15 months has certainly put us to the test.
